Who we are

Mukesh Rubber Works manufactures rubber profiles, extrusions and sealing components in Faridabad, Haryana. We decide how and why the personal information described here is used, which makes us responsible for it.

What we collect, and when

We only collect what you send us. There is no account to create and nothing is gathered in the background as you browse.

When you send an enquiry

• Your name, and your company if you give one.
• Your phone number, and your email address if you give one.
• Your city, if you give one.
• Your message, and the product or quantity you asked about.
• Which page you sent the enquiry from, and the browser you used. This tells us which products people ask about; it does not identify you.
• Whether you ticked the box asking for occasional product updates. That box is never ticked for you.

If you are added to our contact list

We keep the details above along with a record of why we are allowed to email you — whether you asked to hear from us, sent an enquiry, or are an existing customer — and when that permission was given.

What this website does not do

• It sets nothing at all until you agree. If you decline, no cookie is stored beyond the one remembering that you said no, and nothing about your visit is recorded.
• There is no Google Analytics, tag manager, advertising pixel or any other third-party tracker on these pages. The counting described below is our own, on our own servers, and no other company receives any of it.
• The map on our contact page is only loaded from Google if you press the button asking for it. Until then, nothing about your visit reaches them.
• When you send an enquiry your IP address is checked briefly, in memory, to stop the form being flooded. It is not written to our records.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing.

Cookies, and counting visits

We would like to know which pages people read, so we can put the right things in front of them. We ask before doing it, and the site works exactly the same if you say no.

If you agree

• We store a cookie holding a random number. It is meaningless outside this website and is not linked to your name, your email or anything else about you.
• We record which pages you open, roughly when, whether you came from another website, and whether your screen is phone, tablet or desktop sized.
• We never record your IP address for this. Not stored, not scrambled, not used at all.
• If a website linked you here we keep only its name, never the full address you came from — that could contain whatever you typed into a search box.
• These records are deleted after 13 months, automatically.

If you say no

Nothing is recorded and no counting cookie is stored. We keep one small cookie remembering your refusal, because that is the only way to avoid asking you again on every page. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which makes the question appear once more.

Nobody outside Mukesh Rubber Works sees any of this. It is not sold, not shared, and not sent to an advertising network.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and quote for the work — we cannot reply without your contact details.
• To supply and support what you order, and to keep the records a business is required to keep.
• To send occasional product updates, only if you asked for them. Every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not affect anything else.

Where it is kept

Enquiries and contact records are stored using Google Firebase, on servers in Mumbai, India. Email is sent through Google. Both act on our instructions and do not use your details for their own purposes.

If you write to us from outside India, your details will be stored in India. We rely on your enquiry, and the contract or steps towards one, as the basis for that.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful to the conversation they belong to, and review them periodically rather than keeping them indefinitely. Records we are required to keep for tax or contractual reasons are kept for as long as the law requires. If you unsubscribe, we keep the fact that you unsubscribed — that is the only way to be sure we do not email you again by mistake.

Records of which pages were viewed are deleted automatically after 13 months.

You do not have to wait for a review: ask us and we will delete your details, unless we are required to keep them.

What you can ask us to do

Write to us at mukeshrubber@gmail.com and we will:

• tell you what we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete it, unless we are required to keep it,
• stop sending you updates, and
• send you a copy of what you gave us.

We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the UK or the European Economic Area.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the review date at the top. Material changes affecting people already on our contact list will be sent by email.
